Which app this covers

This page is for the ASA UR Nyarugenge SDA mobile app, package org.asaurnyarugenge.app, and the church website at assaurnyarugenge.org.

Delete it in the app

Open the app, go to Profile, then Delete account, and confirm. The login closes immediately. You do not need to wait for the church office.

Delete it without the app

Email support@assaurnyarugenge.org from the email address on the account. Use the subject “Delete my ASA UR Nyarugenge account” and include your name and phone number. The office confirms the address matches the account and closes the login the same way.

What is deleted

• The login name, email, phone, and password.
• Sign-in sessions and device access tokens.
• App roles attached to that login.

There is no extra waiting period. Deletion from the app is immediate. An email request is completed once the office confirms it is your account.

What the church keeps

• Your church membership record, which stays on the congregational roll.
• Sabbath School reports, attendance, and giving already recorded for that membership.
• Class discussion and prayer messages already sent. The closed login is no longer attached to them.

Ask in the same email if membership details should also be corrected. That review is separate from closing the app login.
